Biography

Lilian is a keynote speaker, facilitator and workshop trainer who helps organisations to supercharge the gift of diversity in the workplace.  Lilian holds a postgraduate diploma in psychology from the University of Wollongong and is a qualified counsellor, trained at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.  Lilian’s 13 years in the insurance sector and her live cross-cultural experience of more than two decades has fuelled an obsession with harnessing the extraordinary power of inclusivity in the 21st Century.  

Lilian is also an Advisory Board Member for Culturally Diverse Women who are on a mission to level the playing field for culturally diverse women in Australian organisations.

Lilian believes that what sets successful organisations apart is a real commitment to going beyond buzzwords and quotas to cultivate the true power of their people’s potential.
