Despite facing challenges, including burnout while balancing a high-profile career and raising three small children, Colleen made a pivotal decision to discard job, career, and leadership roles. However, a stroke of chance redirected her path, leading to inspirational leadership and remarkable success. By implementing boundaries and embracing self-care, she discovered powerful yet simple ways to prevent burnout and foster high-performance living in both business and life.
In her current role, Colleen serves as an inspiration across generations, advocating for a shift in leadership norms.
