Daniel Murray

Daniel spoke at a mining summit in Perth I attended and I found his talk very engaging and relatable with a soft approach for a technical mind. His perspective and insights were relevant to our culture and helped shed light on areas for me to reframe and take a new insight back to my team and colleagues. 

His touching approach focused on a story which made his message clear to follow and easy to remember. I took pleasure in the small conversations we had I found him highly approachable, easy to connect with and he had some incredible wisom he was happy to share. Highly recommend for any event as it was refreshing to hear his perspective on the mining industry. 

Daniel ran a session which ended with a spontaneous standing ovation. He engaged people in the room who I didn't think would ever respond, listen let alone take-away actions. Post this session, I observed genuine behaviour changes across the team and their interactions with stakeholders. This was one of the best things I could have done for the team.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Daniel to deliver a tailored empathy leadership program for my team. Daniel listens and understands the challenges and transformation we were going through as a team. 

The team loved the training and found it relevant and useful in their day to day. The concepts were easy to understand and the tools were practical. To top it off, Daniel made it fun along the way. Thank you Daniel and congratulations on designing a great program! 

 I was fortunate to meet and experience Daniel’s presentation on empathetic leadership at a large conference held for the Fijian accounting community recently.
