2023 Perfect Plate Awards
The Challenge
The Perfect Plate Awards aims at recognising the many talented chefs, cooks and apprentices in NSW Clubs, whilst also raising awareness of their high quality food and beverage offering. As ClubsNSW entered into the third year of the campaign, the challenge was to achieve an increase in competition entries and drive visitation into clubs.
The Solution
Talent Corp partnered with celebrity chefs Matt Moran and Courtney Roulston to be the Perfect Plate brand ambassadors. Having started their careers in clubs, Matt and Courtney were the perfect choice for the third year of the campaign. “Having started my career at what was then known as Parramatta RSL, I know that there is a plethora of talent in club kitchens and Perfect Plate is a fantastic way for chefs to demonstrate their skills and really impress the public” Matt Moran
