Gavin Reddrop is a former Air Force systems specialist turned AI strategist and entrepreneur.  He’s spent the last two decades working at the intersection of advanced technology and real-world business, helping leaders rethink how they grow, compete, and lead through change.

In the military, Gavin worked with high-stakes systems where clear thinking and precision mattered. He then led digital transformation programs at global companies like Mars and Motorola, building a deep understanding of how to align technology with business strategy at scale. Eventually, he left the corporate world to launch and scale startups, including growing one venture from six to eight figures in under a year.

That mix of experience across defence, corporate, and entrepreneurial ventures gives Gavin a unique lens on innovation. He understands both the technical detail and the bigger picture, and his work focuses on helping leaders cut through the noise and build businesses that are truly future-ready.
