Taryn Brumfitt is a global impact entrepreneur, dynamic keynote speaker, award-winning filmmaker and best-selling author. She’s on a mission to spark a mindset shift and unlock human potential through storytelling, science and soul. She’s already reached more than 200 million people in 190 countries — and she’s just getting started. 

A powerhouse founder and visionary, Taryn has created impact at every level. She’s launched the global Body Image Movement, raised over $12 million for her charity, The Embrace Collective, directed the Embrace and Embrace Kids documentaries, and developed a world-first workplace wellbeing program, 

Embrace@Work. 

Taryn’s unique leadership style gets noticed, from being named 2023 Australian of the Year and receiving an Honorary Doctorate to earning recognition from UN Women, Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls, and the Geena Davis Institute.
