The Challenge
ClubsNSW was seeking to transform their internal cooking competition The Chefs Table to a consumer facing promotion with the aims of raising awareness of their high-quality food and beverage offering and to drive club visitations.
The Solution
Talent Corp teamed celebrity chefs Colin Fassnidge and Manu Feildel together as joint brand ambassadors for rebranded competition The Perfect Plate.

Manu and Colin delivered media interviews, social content, and multiple venue visits across the state to to support the promotion.
The Results
Competition entries increased by 422% over the previous year delivering a large spike in retail sales. 54,551 meals we sold generating an estimated $1,650 million in revenue.
