Grace Brown, recognised on Forbes 30 under 30, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Andromeda Robotics, one of Australia’s fastest-growing deep-tech companies and a global pioneer in emotionally intelligent humanoid robotics. A mechatronics engineer who built her first robots as a teenager, Grace founded Andromeda with a singular mission: to create empathetic robotic companions that meaningfully improve human wellbeing at scale.

Under her leadership, Andromeda has transformed from an early-stage concept into a $100M-valued venture redefining the future of care. In 2025, Grace led the company through its most significant growth phase to date—scaling revenue, expanding the team, and building the organisational foundations required for rapid commercial deployment. She oversaw the rollout of Abi, the world’s leading social companion robot for aged care.
