Benji Marshall signed as Brand Ambassador for Brydens Lawyers

The partnership between Brydens Lawyers and Benji further entrenches the law firm’s association with rugby league and be integral to their marketing and sponsorship activity within the sport.

Brydens Lawyers already supports rugby league through their major sponsorship of the New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) and Wests Tigers NRL club, the signing of Marshall will help to consolidate their standing as one of the sports major commercial investors.

Lee Hagipantelis, Principal of Brydens Lawyers and Chairman of Wests Tigers said, “I have known Benji for quite some time. It is without hesitation or qualification that I can say that there are very few, if any, who loom as large in the game of rugby league as does Benji Marshall.”

“What Benji has achieved in the game of rugby league is only part of the story. What has been most impressive is that Benji has been able to utilise all the goodwill that he has generated from his exceptional and God-given talents to establish himself as a role model not only on the field but off it as well. He is universally revered and respected as the embodiment of the traditional values that we continue to admire and aspire to.”

“Brydens Lawyers have been amazing supporters of the Wests Tigers for many years, and I’ve personally gotten to know Lee and his team. They are passionate rugby league people and have the best interests of the sport at heart. So naturally, we get on well,” said Marshall.

“I trust Brydens Lawyers. They do great work representing their clients’ best interests and therefore I am happy to endorse what they do.”

“Having retired, I am now looking at opportunities in business and elsewhere. The best legal advice is crucial when exploring commercial opportunities. Of course, there’s family to consider as well – their best interests are number one and if we need help, Brydens Lawyers are only a phone call away.”

Benji’s role as ambassador for Brydens Lawyers will include being part of their marketing content, media activity, social media, and events.

He will also host a weekly rugby league podcast – “The Game with Benji Marshall” – which will provide a platform for Benji to offer his unique insight into the NRL competition and the many peripheral issues that are inevitably associated with the sport.

Talent Corp Managing Director, Mark Noakes said, “In the latest Australian Talent Index results, Benji ranked exceptionally highly against a range of consumer            metrics including ‘inspiration’, ‘respect’ and ‘trust’. This made it strategically easy for us to recommend Benji to Brydens as a brand ambassador.”
